From brief to master, scene by scene.
A method in three acts, borrowed from cinema and accelerated by AI. You see and approve every step before the next one begins, and you always know where we are.
Pre-production.
Everything that happens before a single frame moves. It’s where most of the film gets decided.
- 01
Brief
Goal, audience, markets, formats and references. We start here so nobody has to guess later.
You get a proposal with scope, timing, rights and formats.
- 02
Concept & script
The idea becomes a story, broken down shot by shot: what happens, what is said, how long it lasts.
You get the concept and script to approve.
- 03
Look & moodboard
Palette, light, texture and reference lenses: one visual language holding the whole film together.
You get the project’s visual bible.
- 04
Digital casting & locations
We define faces and places once. From then on they stay identical in every shot.
You get approved character sheets and locations.
- 05
Storyboard
Every shot becomes a still frame: composition, angle, characters. You approve it before it starts to move.
You get the full storyboard, frame by frame.
Production.
Where the image comes to life. The budget goes on choices, not on attempts.
- 06
Generation
Approved frames come to life: movement, expressions, camera, with the right engine for every shot.
- 07
Take selection
We work in low-resolution drafts, compare versions and only finalise the best takes.
You get the selected clips, consistent with the look.
Post-production.
Footage isn’t the film yet. The film is made in the edit.
- 08
Editing & sound design
Rhythm, transitions, voice, music and ambience. This is where the film finds its breath.
You get a first cut to review together.
- 09
Colour, versions & delivery
Grading, titles, upscaling up to 4K, language versions and export for every platform.
You get the master and every agreed version.
The rules on set.
Three commitments that hold on every project, from a single reel to a full campaign.
Clear revision rounds
The included revision rounds are written in the proposal, before we start.
A date that holds
We set the delivery date at the start, and we keep it.
Rights agreed first
Territory, duration and channels are agreed before the first frame.
One master, every format.
We compose with every destination in mind, so the reframe never cuts out what matters.
What we need from you.
Very little to start. The more you share, the sooner the proposal arrives.
- Logo, brand guidelines and fonts
- Photos or 3D files of the product, if there is one
- References you like, even from other industries
- Claims, copy and mandatory legal lines
- One person who approves, so decisions stay quick
The tools we use.
We pick the right engine for every shot, then finish in the same suites used by cinema post-production.
